STEP logo mats are always printed and cut according to individual specifications. A wide range of colours, which even extends to mixing precise shades, ensures the faithful reproduction of any type of company logo, brand name or product. Thanks to modern dyeing processes, not only can characters, lettering and graphic elements be precisely reproduced, but contours, shading and colour gradients can also be recreated.
The carpet mat can be laid in any location, e.g. directly in the entrance area as a means of reinforcing the corporate image or at the POS (point of sale) to serve as a carefully placed advertising tool. Additional reinforcement along the 20-30 mm wide tread border and backing material in non-slip nitrile rubber offer effective protection against the risk of tripping.
The carpet-mat pile consists of top-quality high-twist nylon that guarantees the durability of the printed motif, feels pleasant underfoot and provides excellent moisture absorption.

Thorax 15mm has an open structure of continuous coiled coarse vinyl flaments, bonded together to prevent dirt from being tracked into a building. Primarily used in outdoor areas without backing to allow water and dirt to fall through the loops. Available also in rolls of 90cm and 120cm width.

Step logo-mats is using high performance Polyamide fiber (HT-nylon 6.6) from DuPont and dyes with excellent fastness.
The yarn has a permanent heat-set twist to hide dirt and to enhance colors. The backing is made out of vulcanized nitrile rubber. This backing is resistant against grease, petrol and water.
Also it has a kind of relief to avoid slippage on hard surfaces.
Zeus (22mm)
Extra heavy gauge and warp resistant aluminium.
Manufactured from extra heavy gauge, warp resistant aluminium can be used for internal and external areas where extreme pedestrian and wheeled traffic is envisaged, combining noise absorption qualities (with rubber base strips) and excellent appearance retention.
The elimination of surface dirt and grit, protects interior surfaces, gives prolonged appearance rentention and reduces cleaning time. It is available in 22 mm.
For easy maintenance, Aluminium mat systems, along with all our aluprofile ranges can be rolled up and easily removed making cleaning a simple process. All our systems are custom made, therefore any shape or size can be produced, in different colours.
